Boerner Hall Rental
As the largest public room, Boerner Hall features a wall of windows that provides a stunning view of the Gardens. Doors from Boerner Hall lead to the Garden Terrace, an additional function area. This room is ideal for weddings, banquets and corporate events. Seating for 300 theatre style or 224 round tables of eight.

Garden Room Rental
This flexible and intimate gathering space is ideal for breakfast or lunch meetings, strategy sessions, rehearsal dinners, or can be combined with Boerner Hall or the Atrium for larger events. Seating for 100 theatre style or 96 using round tables of eight.

Multimedia Room Rental
The Multimedia Room, located on the lower level, is ideal for presentations, demonstrations, breakout space or for lunch or coffee breaks. Seating for 180 theatre style or 96 classroom style

Two types of classrooms are available for educational presentations, strategy meetings or as breakout space. Some classrooms have sinks that are ideal for art or garden workshops. All classrooms feature plenty of storage and counter work space, a whiteboard and screen for audiovisual presentations. Educational partners, plant societies and garden clubs qualify for special rates. Seating for 36 in lab with sink/45 in traditional classroom setting

Nell’s Gazebo Rental
Nell’s Gazebo is an intimate gathering space ideal for small weddings, anniversaries and corporate functions. The octagonal shaped Gazebo features five large, Garden facing windows looking upon the Garden Terrace, an additional gathering space for this facility. Seating for 72 at round tables of 8 and 100 theater style seating.
